Recently we introduced an approval system for our orders. This means we have to manually review your order details before you will be delivered your products.
We do this check to ensure our products are going to legitimate customers. We may open a Discord ticket with you, or email you, with a couple of questions about your order – such as, how you will be using the products (Singleplayer or FiveM), and if FiveM, what server you will be using them on.
Please make sure you monitor your email and our Discord Server so we can get in touch with you if we need to.
When your order is approved, you’ll receive an email.
Please note: Approval can take up to 24 hours from the time of your order. In this time, you do not need to open a ticket or contact any member of the Rellent team. You will receive a response in due course.
